MEDTRONIC, APRIL 2018 - PRESENT
Working on the concept team at Medtronic under the Connectivity & Insights - Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure division. The concept team is an externally-focused and adaptive structure that gives organizations agility and flexibility in dealing with changing circumstances. My primary responsibilities include creating direction for UX initiatives, developing user stories, wireframing UX workflows, and designing hi-fidelity prototypes. Our small team works together though the processes of discovery, scope planning, and execution of products and applications. I also serve the team as a user advocate throughout the discovery, design, & development process. Our team actively defines and conducts research studies and works to validate hypotheses with users, customers, product managers, engineers, marketers and designers. We conduct usability studies, using a variety of methods but ultimately using the best method given the circumstance.
Agilent Technologies, 2015 - PRESENT
Working with ZENxd to design & develop improved user experiences for the commerce platforms at Agilent Technologies. We conduct UX audits on existing sites and applications, align and improve IA, research and design new and innovative solutions for product and service sales workflows, and propose new strategies for engaging customers and increasing conversion.
INSPIRATION CRUISES & TOURS, 2015 - PRESENT
Working with Pillar Brands on multiple digital marketing campaigns for Inspiration Cruises & Tours. I serve the team by collaborating on campaign strategy, vision, and art direction, then provide high-fidelity designs for email campaigns and social media. Our team has worked to provide digital marketing for ministries like Insight for Living, Precept Ministries International, and Turning Point.
ORTHODOX UNION, 2013 - 2018
Worked with the Digital Marketing and Product Development teams at the Orthodox Union to design & develop websites, digital marketing, applications, and products across the organization. Over the course of my engagement, I contributed UI/UX design for over 20 websites and mobile applications.
CHURCH OF THE HIGHLANDS, 2013 - 2018
Worked with the Digital teams at Church of the Highlands to design & develop websites, mobile applications, and internal applications for the church and connected ministries. Over the course of my engagement, I contributed UI/UX design for over a dozen projects, as well as contributed to the persistent realignment and refinement of existing applications and websites.
